Product Innovation Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product vision and roadmap.
- Build fintech solutions using existing technologies.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimisation.
- Conduct market research to align features with demand.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver results.
- Manage product backlog and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Analyse product performance and iterate based on customer feedback.
- Present progress and insights to leadership.
Requirements:
- 10+ years' product management experience, with 4+ in leadership roles.
- Fintech experience is highly valued.
- Exposure to trade finance, Web3/tokenisation, and AI applications.
- Strong understanding of fintech trends and customer behaviour.
- Experience working in a startup/fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product tools.
