About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our fintech product strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovative product development across trade finance platforms, deep-tier finance, Web3/tokenisation & RWA, and AI-driven document verification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision and roadmap.
  • Bolster fintech solutions leveraging existing technologies.
  • Oversee product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
  • Conduct market research to align features with demand.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to execute delivery.
  • Manage product backlog and prioritize effectively.
  • Analyze product performance and iterate based on feedback.
  • Present progress and insights to leadership.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with 4+ in leadership roles.
  • Fintech experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to trade finance, Web3/tokenisation, and AI applications is required.
  • A strong grasp of fintech trends and customer behavior is essential.
  • Startup/fast-paced environment experience is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills are required.
  • Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product tools is beneficial.
