Lead Legal Strategist for Fintech Innovation

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial services regulatory frameworks, capital markets, digital assets, and corporate finance. They should be able to develop and execute legal strategies that drive business growth while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and lead the legal strategy for the organization's fintech initiatives, focusing on stablecoins, capital market services, securities, CIS, derivatives, and custodial services.
- Draft and review policies, disclosures, and agreements to ensure regulatory compliance and establish internal governance policies and legal programs.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, product structuring, security token issuance, and designing exchange policies.
- Build scalable and effective legal processes for digital asset offerings, tokenization, custody, and trading platforms in alignment with business goals and regulatory frameworks.
- LL.B or Juris Doctor from a reputable institution; admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in legal roles, with at least 8 years in a leadership role within fintech or financial services.
- Proven expertise in financial services regulatory, capital markets, digital assets, corporate finance, or investment fund-related work.
