Product Leadership Opportunity

Our Product Management team spearheads product initiatives from conception through delivery, launching products and features across our global presence. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and cross-functional teams to ship remarkable products.

About the role:

The cash team handles money movement and transactions. We work with banks, fintechs, and wallets to enable seamless money transfers into and out of our platform.

We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Product Director who has the vision, drive, and ability to own, create, implement, and manage an industry-changing platform that revolutionizes user interactions with money.

This role focuses on US partners, thus an in-depth understanding of US banking regulations and practices is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop, maintain, and communicate the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind
  • Deliver complex projects by defining features, writing product specifications, conducting user studies, iterating on feedback, reviewing QA test plans, prioritizing bug fixes, managing the backlog, and shipping products in a timely manner
  • Engage with customers to build empathy, ensuring their needs are met
  • Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh tradeoffs that must be made
  • Work closely with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver exceptional features
  • Stay abreast of market developments and dynamics to ensure our products and features are top-notch
  • Represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of fintech product management experience, with domain knowledge in US payment systems and cash clearing networks being a significant advantage
  • Good aptitude for understanding technical APIs and translating them into user stories
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented, especially in settlement flow design
  • A data-informed work style viewed through a compassionate lens of the user
  • A passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to meet tight delivery timelines and goals
  • Ability to manage C-level stakeholders and clearly articulate prioritization decisions and considerations
  • Demonstrated leadership, taking ownership, and producing results
  • The ability to collaborate well with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth teams
