Job Title: Chief Technology Strategist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technology professional to lead our team in driving innovation and excellence in healthcare technology. As a Chief Technology Strategist, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product lifecycle of current owned products, ensuring excellence in project delivery, and approaching challenges with a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Product & Project: Define and drive the product lifecycle of current owned products under the group - including patient-facing, internal-facing, and business intelligence products.
- Information Technology: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data and systems, develop and maintain relevant policies, and manage supplier relationships.
- Leadership: Lead and grow the technology team to drive overall roadmap and adoption of Bridgepoint's owned products, manage budgets, and provide leadership to portfolio companies.
- 7-10 years of prior experience in Healthcare Technology.
- Graduate degrees or experience in Medical Informatics preferred.
- Data driven and passionate about product success and adoption.
- Experience working with and managing offshore teams.
- Understanding of IT compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001), Data Protection frameworks (GDPR, HIPPA, PDPA), Data Standards (HL7, FHIR, OMOP).
