Are you an experienced leader looking to make a real impact? Do you have a strong knowledge of B2B product within the financial services industry? Are you passionate about taking charge of initiatives across the entire product lifecycle, from customer discovery and user research to development and delivery? If so, this is an ideal role for you as we are looking for a Chief Product Officer to join our client’s team, working closely with the company leaders to define, drive and deliver their product vision.

Our client is one of the leading Finance FinTech companies that is combining deep expertise in alternative lending with best-in-class technology solutions to bridge international capital markets with communities in Southeast Asia. They are here to provide seamless lending for entrepreneurs, tech companies and banks through API based B2B platform.

**Main Objectives of the role**:

- Oversee the whole product portfolio, being in charge of its growth across international markets and the company’s overall product strategy.
- Spot trends and and pursue a deep understanding of user and customer needs through research and data analysis to align and set future goals for product development.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations and marketing teams to define product requirements and roadmaps including feasibility, time, cost and impact.
- Lead and drive scalable processes and innovation around the product development cycle.
- Work in partnership with teams across the company to communicate product strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities according to feedback.
- Develop, oversee and mentor an excellent product team including product managers, business analysts and UX designers, and nurture a customer-driven product culture.

**Core Skills**:

- Degree in a technical discipline. MBA will be highly preferable.
- 7+ years of product leadership roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge on loan products and experience across various functions like, UX design, UI, sales, finance, marketing, engineering and customer is required.
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate teams across a variety of functional roles.
- Proven record of recruiting and developing a high performing product team.
- Passionate about the customers and demonstrated experience at building a relationship with them.
- A strong strategic thinker and a proven change agent and with excellent communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial streak who can navigate in a fast-paced working environment. Prior startup experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to lead deeply technical product plans and align business strategy and technology delivery.
- English business proficiency (written and spoken) is a must. Bahasa is a plus for better collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
