Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the liaison between business teams, IT departments, and regional offices, ensuring all parties contribute to the project's success.

ERP Implementation & Technical Knowledge
Apply expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly in areas like finance, supply chain, sales, service, and trade compliance.
Manage documentation related to training, testing, and project sign-off specific to Microsoft ERP implementations.
Understand the integration of Microsoft ERP with CRM systems (such as Dynamics 365 CRM) and other related platforms (e.g., Power Platform).
Position Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in project management with a focus on IT & business analysis, including at least 4 years of leadership experience in a corporate setting.
Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions, particularly in finance, service, and compliance domains.
Experience in managing multi-national projects and collaborating with cross-cultural teams.
Familiarity with business processes related to Microsoft ERP, CRM, and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
Collaborative and adaptable with a hands-on, customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Certifications:
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, etc.) preferred.
Experience with change management and stakeholder management.
People management and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences.
