**Human Resources Regional Project Manager
As a Human Resources Regional Project Manager, you will help identify opportunities for improvement and will plan, lead, and manage projects that significantly grow our capacity, efficiency, and effectiveness in HR. you will help in streamlining and strengthening HR processes across markets in the Asia Pacific region.

You will ideally be a senior-level HR practitioner with expert project management skills, able to plan and deliver while ensuring minimum disruption to business processes. You will be results-oriented, thorough, and able to execute projects within agreed-upon deadlines.

**Responsibilities
The Human Resources Regional Project Manager’s tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Lead ongoing evaluations of the human resources landscape and communicate with stakeholders to define requirements to lead standardize, streamline and strengthen HR processes across all the markets in the region.
- Analyze existing human resources processes, identify gaps in current systems, and lead resolution projects.
- Assist in other large-scale projects to include analysis of new business requirements, assessment of different methods of approach, and implementation of solutions within the current business system architecture.
- Recommend business system and process changes to improve and refine the capabilities of human resources systems.
- Responsible for communicating HR system evaluation or implementation updates throughout the project lifecycle.

**Required Skill Sets
The Human Resources Regional Project Manager should possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:

- Bachelor’s Degree in HR
- MBA or similar preferable
- Recognized project management qualification
- At least five years’ project management and ten years’ HR experience
- Expert computer literacy, including project management software
- Proven team leadership ability
- Ability to work under deadline pressure
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Conflict-resolution and problem-solving ability
