**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**ACCOUNTING RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Maintain complete sets of accounts
- Timely submission of GST to IRAS
- Manage various accounting tasks, including data entry and handling petty cash
- Oversee financial statements, balance sheets, accounting schedules, tax matters, etc.
- Communicate with banks and regulatory bodies
- Coordinate submission of claims for Government Grants
- Address various miscellaneous projects as needed
**HUMAN RESOURCES RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Administer monthly payroll and ensure timely CPF submissions
- Manage yearly IR8A and IR21 submissions for the foreign workforce
- Draft necessary letters for staff regarding appointments, confirmations, pay adjustments, etc.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Must hold a Professional Certificate/Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Human Resources, or similar
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with IRAS & MOM guidelines
