We're expanding—and looking for a
Regional Project Manager
to join our Singapore team at Loyang Crescent on a permanent basis.
About the Role
In this high-impact role, you'll lead the delivery of construction and field development projects across the APAC region. You'll work closely with our Engineering, Projects, and Operations teams to ensure technical excellence, commercial efficiency, and risk mitigation—while exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery
Lead the execution of floating infrastructure projects across APAC
Oversee all aspects of construction and field development
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards
Actively manage technical and commercial risks
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary project interface
Guide and mentor project teams, driving performance and collaboration
Achieve target revenue and EBITDA from project activities
Manage budgets, margins, and forecasts in partnership with Finance and Proposals
Ensure accurate and timely reporting using ERP systems (e.g., Navision)
Business Development
Support BD activities to position InterMoor as a trusted project contractor
Work closely with Business Development and Proposals teams on bids and tenders
Expand industry network and client relationships
Contribute to strategic growth across the region
What We're Looking For
Degree in Engineering or Naval Architecture
Experience delivering at least 3 floater installation/decommissioning projects
Solid background in subsea installation and offshore engineering
Proven success in project management within the oil & gas or offshore sector
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple fast-paced engineering projects
Familiarity with MS Project and Microsoft Office
