Regional Finance Manager

**The Company**
Our client is fast growing MNC leading in the engineering and infrastructure sector. They are rising star with global expansion and projects across APAC region. With Singapore being the APAC regional HQ with continuous growing plan across the region, they are currently recruiting for a seasoned Regional Finance Manager to lead the regional finance team in Asia and driving project accounting/controlling for the region.
**The Role**
Reporting to Regional Finance Director based in Singapore, you will be responsible for management of a broad range of finance and accounting activities across the Asia Region. This position is supported by local finance managers and accounting staff in selected offices within the region (including Malaysia, Philippine, Singapore, and Indonesia etc.). You will be a main driver for the regional project controlling and will work closely with senior stakeholders as well as operations in the region. Ability to travel within the region is necessary.
**Your profile**
- A qualified accountant with a Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 10 - 12 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, consolidation and project accounting
- Prior audit background in Big 4 will be a plus
- Relevant industry in Engineering/Projects/Infrastructure/Construction is preferred
- Must possess the capability to work in matrix environment and partnering with various functions in remote locations
- Additionally, strong communication skills are required to drive business partnering and must be able to influence business stakeholders
