My client is a well-established, advanced nutrition manufacturer with a truly global presence. They are continuing to grow rapidly and increase their already sizable footprint in the region.

They are seeking a Regional Finance Manager to lead, manage and drive monthly internal and external management reporting and ensure the basis for global, sound financial decision-making.

You will play a key role as financial advisor and guide the business with broad finance matters and continuously streamling reporting processes, as well as forecast process in close collaboration with Performance Management colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive and deliver Asia Region reporting, the month-end closing upload for consolidation, ensuring thorough review and controlling of subsidiaries
- Updating and implementing accounting policies and the primary point of contact for accounting, VAT and TP issues (GAAP and IFRS etc)
- Drive preparation of the legal entities in the Region around Annual Report and the end-to-end audit process, coordinating with both internal and external auditors, and resolving any identified issues or discrepancies
- Ensure Global Financial Compliance in close collaboration with Accounting, Tax, Legal, Treasury, etc.
- Lead, motivate and develop your indirect reports abroad and set direction together with the Finance Management team
- Coordinate and oversee annual audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- FP&A - planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analyze finances to support business decisions and financial health.
- Drive various projects and integrations of sites as well as challenging existing processes

**Key requirements**
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA a plus
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance Management, FP&A, or Business Controlling.
- Solid experience with financial principles, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of effectively managing external supplier relationships and optimizing cost structures.
- Experience in conducting performance reviews, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of tax optimization strategies, transfer pricing, and commercial finance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
