Singapore ABL ENERGY & MARINE CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:
Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller - APAC, the Regional Finance Manager will:

- Review and analyse the monthly financial performance of entities in the APAC region
- Liaise with in-country Finance Managers / Accountants to ensure that all accounting record is

timely, accurate and tax/legal compliance
- Schedule and conduct monthly balance sheet review with the in-country Finance Managers /

Accountants together with Regional FC
- Attend bi-weekly AR/UBR meetings with in-country Finance Managers / Accountants together

with Regional FC and RMD
- Collate and assist in the preparation of forecast and budget
- Coordinate and consolidate monthly P&L, commentary, cashflow forecast and other ad-hoc

reports as required.
- Assist Regional FC to roll out new initiatives, process improvement and system implementation

to the region
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned or requested by the management

**Requirements**:

- Qualified to degree level or equivalent and near qualified with a recognized professional

accounting body; CPA/CMA or equivalent will be advantageous
- 5-10 years’ experience from medium practice
- Advanced Microsoft excel skills preferably with formula driven worksheets and accounting

software with good knowledge of FRS

management and Internet
- Demonstrate excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting
- Previous experience in a similar position, including experience of providing Financial Control

across a group of companies will be advantageous
- Flexibility to working hours from time to time

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Solid understanding of financial accounting standards and a good understanding of

cost/management and reconciliation of cash, debtors and creditors
- Experience with audit activities and reporting, payroll, budget and analyses, accounts payable

and receivable
- Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and appropriate

professional image
- Well organised and self-directed individual who is politically astute
- Outgoing and pragmatic with strength of character, proactive and insightful with good man

management skills
- An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organisation

and possesses excellent communication skills
- A decisive individual who possesses a “big picture” perspective with dedication to growing the

business
