Roles & Responsibilities Employment Type: 2-Year Renewable ContractWork Location: East SingaporeSalary Range: SGD 4,500 – 4,900 per month Job Description The Desktop cum Data Centre Support Engineer will provide Level 2 deskside support, maintain IT infrastructure, and manage data-centre operations for enterprise users. The role demands technical competence, adherence to ITIL processes, and strong communication with both local and regional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Deliver L2 technical support for end-user systems, enterprise applications, and telephony. Handle incidents, service requests, and problem escalations in line with ITIL procedures. Oversee data centre operations, including power, cooling, UPS systems, and backups. Maintain IT asset records and ensure data security compliance. Coordinate with Cyber Defense and regional IT teams during security events. Support project implementation and ensure local alignment with global IT standards. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related discipline. At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in IT support or data centre operations. ITIL Foundation certification (mandatory). CompTIA A+ / Network+ preferred. Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Mandarin . Eligible to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship available ). 5-day on-site work week at client premises (East Singapore).
