Description Job Highlights 2-year renewable contract with a leading IT services provider On-site L2 support and data-centre operations Strong emphasis on customer service and ITIL compliance Job Description Provide Level 2 deskside support for hardware, OS, enterprise apps, and telephony systems. Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow in line with ITIL processes. Oversee data-centre operations: power, cooling, UPS, and system uptime. Maintain accurate inventory of end-user and data-centre equipment. Support local IT projects and coordinate with regional/global IT teams. Execute cyber-incident response procedures with Cyber Defense teams. Requirements Diploma or Degree in IT or related field. Minimum 3 years of IT support experience (desktop + data-centre). ITIL Foundation certification required. CompTIA A+ / Network+ preferred. Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with regional clients). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be eligible to work in Singapore ( no visa sponsorship provided ).
