About the job : We are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to lead our commercial strategy and execution across Singapore's elite trade environment. You will lead and develop a team of two staff members, holding full accountability for translating brand ambitions into tangible volume and value growth. Responsibilities : Serve as the Trade Marketing lead in the Sales & Operations Process (S&OP), predicting the impact of promotions and events on sell-in and sell-out plans. Design and refine all On-Trade and Off-Trade channel strategies and execution principles, grounding them in rigorous shopper insights and market dynamics. Direct the strategic planning and execution of all visibility and volume-driving programs in key venues. Work directly with the Sales Leadership to co-develop customer engagement strategies and support trade negotiations with robust assets. Act as the central link between Sales, Brand, and Trade Partners to guarantee consistent, customer- and shopper-centric go-to-market strategies. Coach and mentor a team of Assistant Trade Marketers/Specialists, fostering cross-functional fluency and building overall trade marketing capability. Take full ownership of the Trade Marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of A&P and below-the-line spend. Skills and experience required : Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to Trade Marketing or Channel Development roles. Prior experience within the Spirits Industry or FMCG is a distinct advantage. Demonstrated strong leadership skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration. Proven experience in managing A&P budgets and establishing metrics to effectively measure Trade ROI.
