Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Student Development and Engagement to spearhead initiatives that empower undergraduate students to develop leadership, innovation, and collaboration skills.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver impactful programmes, scholarships, and engagement opportunities for student growth.

Talent Development Programmes

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage and enhance talent development programmes for undergraduates.

This includes partnering with schools, offices, and vendors to design training sessions, workshops, and mentoring initiatives.

You will also monitor programme effectiveness, track budgets, and drive continuous improvement.

Talent Scholarship Application

You will lead the marketing, promotion, and administration of talent scholarship initiatives.

This includes managing end-to-end processes including applications, selection, and interviews with domain experts.

You will build strong relationships with panellists and scholarship recipients, providing ongoing support.

Maintain accurate records and track programme impact.

Stakeholder Engagement

You will cultivate strong ties with senior management, faculty, and departments to align initiatives with organizational goals.

Collaborate with external partners, educational institutions, industry experts, and sponsors to strengthen support and leverage expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Education, Event Management).
  • At least 8 years of experience in managing initiatives such as leadership programmes, scholarships, or symposiums.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Passionate about education, student development, and talent attraction.
