Retail Leasing Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead lease negotiations, renewals and administration to optimize retail space.
  • Identify new concepts and prospects aligning with the mall's positioning strategy.
  • Negotiate and monitor lease terms to ensure optimal business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on periodic retail market trends to inform leasing decisions.
  • Conduct feasibility analyses to enhance the financial performance of the mall.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans and budgets.
  • Oversee tenancy schedules, management reports, and other key metrics.
  • Ensure timely and accurate leasing documentation.
  • Comply with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain excellent tenant relationships and partnerships.
  • Coach and develop the leasing team, unlocking individual potential.
  • Foster strong collaboration with operations, marketing, cluster malls, and core functions.

Requirements:

  • Hold a diploma or degree in Real Estate, Business, or a relevant field, with at least 5 years of relevant leasing experience preferred.
  • Possess a valid Real Estate Salesperson license by CEA.
  • Have an extensive network of contacts and a deep understanding of the Singapore retail landscape.
  • Be bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates.
