**Position: Senior Retail Leasing Manager**

**Location: Central Region**

**Working Days: Monday to Friday**

**Working Time: 0900am - 0600pm
**Responsibilities**
- Lead a team or mentor a member in the execution of leasing strategies.
- Prospect for new tenants and work with appointed agents to source for suitable tenants.
- Negotiate lease renewals and finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentations.
- Conduct competitive market research and monitor market trends.
- Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy-related matters.
- Review and recommend position and tenancy mix of new and existing properties.
- Prepare annual budget and forecast for properties assigned.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Possess a Degree in Real Estate, Business, or equivalent.
- Preferred10 years of relevant experience in retail/commercial leasing.
- Good Outstanding track record in marketing and leasing of retail and commercial properties. Good Experienced in retail leasing and number of tenants cdd brought in before.
