Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing retail leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.

  • Jointly with the leasing team, review and improve the leasing strategy plan to optimize retail mix, occupancy rates, and rental income.
  • Actively seek out desirable tenant mixes through cold calling, site visits, and other means.
  • Negotiate new and renewal leases on behalf of the company.
  • Prepare and manage lease documentation, e-file, and update the lease management system.
  • Monitor and track tenant performance and compliance with lease agreements.
  • Prepare leasing meeting slides, marketing materials, and management reports.
  • Maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships and effectively manage tenants.
Key Requirements:

A degree in real estate management, business administration, or marketing is required. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a retail mall environment is necessary.

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work under tight deadlines is critical.
  • A positive attitude, independence, resourcefulness, and teamwork are vital.
  • CEA registration as a salesperson is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.

This role requires a senior executive who can effectively manage leasing strategies, negotiate leases, and maintain good relationships with tenants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management, business administration, or marketing, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
