Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee lease management, renewal and administration scope
  • Identify new concepts and prospects to enhance the mall's financial performance
  • Negotiate and monitor lease terms
  • Stay up-to-date with periodic retail market trends
  • Carry out feasibility or reconfiguration analysis to boost the mall's financial standing
  • Develop budgets and business plans
  • Supervise Tenancy Schedule, Management Reports and other related reports
  • Ensure timely submission of leasing documents
  • Guarantee compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain strong tenant relationships and partnerships
  • Guide and develop leasing team members, unlocking their full potential
  • Build effective collaboration with operations, marketing, cluster malls and core functions teams
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by immediate supervisor/management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or a Degree holder in Real Estate, Business or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant leasing experience preferred.
  • Real Estate Salesperson license by CEA
  • Extensive network of contacts and deep understanding of the Singapore retail and shopping malls' landscape
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates

This is a senior role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a thorough understanding of the real estate industry.

We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for managing lease negotiations, renewals and administration scope. You will also source new concepts and prospects to enhance the financial standing of the mall.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma or a Degree holder in Real Estate, Business or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant leasing work experience. You will also need to possess a Real Estate Salesperson license by CEA and have an extensive network of contacts and keen understanding of the Singapore retail and shopping malls' landscape.

As a Retail Leasing Executive, you will work closely with our operations, marketing, cluster malls and core functions teams to ensure strong teamwork and effective collaboration. You will also guide and nurture the leasing team members, unlocking their full potential.
