About the Role TFS Energy Derivatives, a leading player in the Oil & Energy Markets, boasts an impressive 20-year-plus track record of delivering exceptional service to customers around the region. We're seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Oil Broker. Key Responsibilities As a Junior Oil Broker, you'll embark on a comprehensive training program in Singapore, working closely with an experienced team to develop skills and knowledge required to: - Monitor financial markets and stay updated on market developments - Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of traded products - Foster strong client relationships through regular communication - Analyse market trends and identify business opportunities - Ensure accurate maintenance of pricing spreads and trade records - Provide support for day-to-day tasks What We're Looking For - Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field - Minimum 1 years experience in commodities broking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work with diverse groups and personalities - Highly energetic and motivated - Effectively bilingual - Willingness to travel and relocate as required What We Offer - Comprehensive training and development program - Opportunity to work with a global leader in interdealer broking - Dynamic and supportive team environment - Professional growth and advancement opportunities Take the First Step If you're passionate about the energy markets and eager to advance your career in broking, we'd love to hear from you Note Successful candidates will be required to pass the RES 2A Examination and CM-SIP (Capital Markets Specified Investment Products) Examination (unless exempted).
