Key responsibilities: - Maintain a quality Forward Curves for the desk /team you are aligned to (light-ends/middle distillates/Fuel/FFA); update and mark values.- Be a key contributor to the revenue for the desk- Business Development - make contact with potential clients to develop new business prospects- Maintain relationships with existing clients- Drive market research for the desk and feed into the reports for the internal and external stakeholders- Develop a training module and conduct training for Juniors in the team as well as other internal stakeholders on a periodical basis.- Guide and train juniors on the desk, be responsible for their growth within the teamApplicant pre-requisites: - About 3 years of working experience in physical and/or swaps brokering, as relevant- Strong understanding of all aspects of physical oil trading business - operations, refining processes and transactions.- A strong and active clientele base- Strong hold on basic numerical skills- Swift and accurate- Driven, able to motivate juniors and is a team player.- Familiar with Bloomberg /Eikon Terminal/Platts- Able to work across Asian/European market hours.- Effortless movement between wfh and office setup- Thrives in cross-cultural work environment.
