The purpose of the job is to focus on the South Asia I&D Logistics operations & Procurement functions, covering trade compliance, inventory control, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth supply chain execution and cost effectiveness. This position supports the Sr. logistics supervisor in dealing with internal control requirements and serves as backup for regional logistics operations. Manage SG terminals operations, ensuring safety and controlling logistics cost. Handle SG drumming operations, control volumes and cost, and coordinate with sales, CS, and drumming vendors. Process logistics payable management, handling invoices and transportation expenses, following up on payable process. Maintain logistics compliance: renew flammable liquid import licenses, ILR, manage system user ID creation, maintain trade compliance records, and update incoming parcel logs. Lead procurement management: act as focal point for terminals, warehouses, drumming vendors, and transportation vendors, negotiating prices. Provide backup support for other logistics operation positions. Reporting duties. PERSON SPECIFICATION Education Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain management, or international trading. Work Experience Minimum 10 years' experience working in a preferable international/global business environment. Rich experience in vendor management, negotiation, and vendor relations. Able to work well in cross‐functional communication and collaboration. Skills Advanced competency in Microsoft Office suite; plus SAP (Sales & Distribution, Materials, Inventory modules) including BWH and specialized export documentation software. Vendor management expertise. Languages Writing and good understanding of English is essential; understanding of Chinese is an advantage.
