What You\'ll Be Doing Customer Interaction Greet and assist customers warmly, creating a positive and welcoming experience. Share accurate information about our services, products, and promotions. Be a proud brand ambassador representing Caring Skin's values. Problem-Solving & Support Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns professionally. Help clients with appointment scheduling and follow-ups. Communication & Coordination Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and emails professionally. Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations. Stay Updated & Informed Keep up with new products, services, and offers. Gather and share customer feedback for continuous improvement. Store Presentation Support in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
