Job Summary

As a Luxury Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our discerning clients. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships, fostering a sense of belonging, and ensuring that every client interaction is nothing short of extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Place the client at the forefront of everything you do, creating a welcoming environment that meets their every need and request.
  • Drive sales performance by exceeding individual targets and contributing to the success of the entire store.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of luxury fashion, staying informed on the latest trends and competitors to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Utilize digital tools to offer a seamless and integrated luxury experience, including hosting customer appointments and working closely with the Back of House team to maintain an organized stock room.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting the values and philosophy of the company while upholding the highest standards of care and respect for products.
