About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Luxury Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our discerning clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a welcoming environment and strive to meet every client's need and request.
  • Drive sales performances and contribute to the success of the entire store.
  • Exceed KPI goals by ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate expertise in luxury products and Prada history, culture, and DNA.
  • Capture client data and maintain relationships to offer personalized approaches and develop future opportunities.
  • Embrace an omni-channel mindset and stay informed on fashion trends and competitors.
  • Take ownership of resolving client complaints and operate with the highest level of care and respect for products.
  • Utilize digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
  • Host and conduct customer appointments, either in-person or virtually.
  • Work in synergy with the back-of-house team and maintain an organized stockroom.
  • Act in compliance with operational guidelines and ensure company policies and procedures are executed.

  • Strong knowledge of luxury products and brands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
