Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Luxury Goods Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the store team in maintaining a seamless shopping experience for customers.
As a Luxury Goods Specialist, you will perform quality checks on all luxury goods sold through our platform to ensure their authenticity and integrity. You will also conduct basic servicing, including watch strap adjustment and replacement, to maintain the high standards of our luxury products.
Additionally, you will aid in product packing, delivery, and pick-ups, as well as support digital sales by handling product handling tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for performing stock takes, stock counts, and accessories maintenance to ensure that our inventory is up-to-date and accurate.
Other responsibilities include maintaining store functionality and tidiness, reporting store supplies to your direct manager, arranging delivery with logistic services, and arranging transportation and cashless transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or retail industry preferred;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with luxury goods and their maintenance;
- Basic knowledge of watches and accessories.
