The Raffles Butler is a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our esteemed residents. This position embodies a wide range of responsibilities, from pre-arrival preparations to departure arrangements.

As a Luxury Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our discerning guests, anticipating and catering to their every need. Your attention to detail and ability to think creatively will be essential in crafting personalized experiences that exceed expectations.

\

You will work closely with various hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of in-suite dining, cleaning, and other services. Effective communication and collaboration are crucial in this role, as you will be interacting with colleagues and guests alike.

\

We are seeking an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a keen sense of service, and a passion for delivering luxury experiences. If you have a strong background in hospitality, a degree from a reputable institution, and at least 2 years of relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

  • Continuously improve service standards, ensuring that they align with Accor Hotels' values and brand promise.\
  • Participate in training and development programs, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.\\

  • Address security incidents and resident complaints, reacting proactively and professionally.\\
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.\\
  • Perform administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and reports.\\
  • Develop and implement upsell strategies, achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.\\
  • Collaborate with the In-Suite Dining team and housekeeping to provide seamless service.\\
  • Act as a liaison between residents and hotel departments, resolving issues and providing solutions.\\
  • Enhance the overall guest experience, contributing to the hotel's reputation and success.\\
  • Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.\\
  • Adhere to Work Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.\\
  • Delegate tasks effectively, prioritizing work assignments and managing time efficiently.\\
  • Maintain confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.\\
