Takasago Group maintains offices, production sites, and R&D centers in twenty-seven countries and regions.
Responsibilities:
Manage, design and implement consumer, product and market research studies for product innovation and proactive category research.
Partner with Beverage marketing, category leaders and R&D Creation & Application team for Proactive and Reactive activities and ensure proper CSI guidance is provided on time.
Develop strategic and relevant CSI approach for reactive brief proposals to all Beverage key clients and work closely with sales to achieve business target.
Analyse and interpret primary and secondary research data, conduct necessary statistical analysis/interpretation and provide insightful recommendations. This includes developing highly appealing report/presentation and delivering engaging presentations.
Identify consumer/market trends and monitor changes happening to your respective category over time.
Partner and work with external research partners for projects that require extended resources. This includes cost negotiations, supervision/monitoring of the quality of research work, data collection, etc.
Design appropriate Sensory tests for reactive and proactive research projects and work closely with Panel leader in setting up the test design.
Mentor junior consumer and sensory insights team members.
Support Global Consumer Insight activities from time to time.
Track new developments in Consumer and Sensory research and contribute to the development of new CSI capabilities/methodologies.
Qualifications:
Min. of 5 yrs of experience in Consumer and/or Sensory Insights role from FMCG, F&F House or Market Research Industry.
Has proven statistical skills with high degree of familiarity with statistical packages and experience working with CSI Softwares.
Well versed in Qualitative and Quantitative CSI research methods.
Prior experience in leading sensory trained/expert or external consumer panels & interacting with market agencies with questionnaire design is an advantage.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, team oriented, independent and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
