MMR is looking for a Sensory panel leader to join our rapidly growing sensory teams, our sensory panel leader will be based in Singapore, but you will be working as part of the wider Global Sensory Team, working with fellow sensory experts around the Globe.

**The Sensory Panel leader role**:
This exciting and brilliant opportunity entails many responsibilities which will help you to develop professionally on the job, you will be supported by some of the very best sensory experts globally.

Role responsibilities:

- Sensory Panel Management - (including scheduling, profiling and training of our panels) - it would be advantageous if you have had previous experience or knowledge in managing a sensory panel and knowledge of sensory research methodologies (including Descriptive Analysis)
- Assisting the team with running sensory research projects for multinational clients focusing on both team delivery as well as client management in order to ensure the accurate and efficient management of projects.
- You will assist in the design and analysis of sensory research projects, involving client liaison and project management from research design through to analysing sensory quantitative data and final debrief presentations.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in a sensory role
- A passion for food and drink, and personal care products is essential
- We take graduates from a range of degrees, from food science, social sciences (psychology, sociology), humanities and pure science
- Knowledge or experience in sensory research methodologies is useful, but certainly not essential as we will teach you everything you need to know
- Spoken and written English skills are essential to allow for clear and concise communication as our team & clients are multinational.
- Strong organisational and time management skill
- Strong team-working ability
