**We’re searching for a Sensory Panel Leader to join our Sensory Team based at one of our client sites in Singapore.**

**About the role**:
This is an exciting role where the Sensory Panel Leader will be specifically working within the home care and personal health care category, and responsible for managing a trained sensory panel, as well as leading the client’s sensory activities through to completion; from initial request to raw data provision and ensuring that the panel session planning and leadership, sensory moderation, panel performance analysis and monitoring fulfil our clients’ needs and fit their KPIs. Working with sensory manager and lab assistant, the work routines also include admin tasks such as quality assurance, test request/record tracking, sample management and lab maintenance. Part of the role will include recruitment and training of additional new panellists. This position will be based at the client’s sensory facility at Biopolis, Singapore.

- A self-starter who likes to take initiatives and demonstrates flexibility in a dynamic environment (including flexibility in time worked)
- A self-manager - able to switch between tasks according to business needs, coping with changing priorities and keeping sensory team members informed of possible issues. Your exceptional organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task will enable you to both prioritize your own workload and implement effective administrative processes.
- In possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills (fluent in written / spoken English is critical)

**You will have**:

- A real passion for working in sensory research
- Logical, analytical mind
- Natural passion for seeking out the most effective and efficient ways of working and being prepared to speak up about your ideas
- Great attention to detail - should be able o check own work and others’ work for inconsistencies and take the necessary action to rectify any errors/problems
- Ideally, you'll have some experience of working with expert trained sensory panels or have moderated qualitative groups
