Are you passionate about understanding why consumers eat and drink, what, how, and when? And how their needs are evolving? Are you excited to work with our innovation and creative teams to understand how consumers experience products, what their sensory expectations are and help translate them to winning solutions? Do you have a healthy business appetite for developing value propositions to help commercialise our product offering together with our marketing teams? Do you have an affinity for the culinary and plant proteins category?. You'll report into our Head of Regional Innovation Asia Pacific.

**Your role will include**:
Create high-quality Consumer and Sensory Insights and deploy them with impact to help win in the culinary and plant proteins category and grow the business
Build customer engagement with essential internal and external customers; grow their business and increase win rates
Lead the culinary and plant proteins learning journey and ensure that CSI resources for culinary and plant proteins are used against our priorities
Communicate based on insight and help the business act on insights
Develop a regional outlook on insights and share similarities and differences within the region to help identify opportunities for scale
Build competencies and advantaged expertise within CSI
Help deploy Givaudan's unique CSI related digital tools and capabilities to guide product development and create competitive advantage
Grow a team of CSI managers and associates
Manage external agency relationships to foster value adding and sustainable working partnerships

**Your professional profile includes**:
A University degree in Business/Food Science/Marketing/Engineering
At least 10 years' B2B experience within a matrixed environment especially from the Consumer Insights function and in the Food & Culinary and Plant Proteins industry
Experience managing teams
Collaborative mindset and innovation driven
