Job Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
Assist with income tax submissions.
Address applicants and employee inquiries.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, selection, onboarding, and offboarding, conduct staff orientation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Assist with the annual performance appraisal.
Support manpower planning, budgeting, and the development of training programs.
Administer Learning and Development initiatives and coordinate related training programs.
Apply for government training grants (e.g., NCSS VCF, SDF grants via the Skill Connect Portal).
Organise company events, employee engagement initiatives, and staff bonding activities.
Any other Ad-Hoc Duties.
Candidate Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in HR or an internship in a similar role preferred.
Good understanding of local employment laws and HR regulations.
Ability to liaise effectively with government authorities on HR-related matters.
