In this leadership role, you will drive the strategy and performance of the strategic accounts team, with a focus on revenue growth, customer retention, and high-value relationship management. You will oversee complex sales cycles, lead contract negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of integrated, customer-centric solutions. With a strong understanding of market dynamics and a hands-on leadership style, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our most important client partnerships while contributing to broader business objectives. Responsibilities Lead the Strategic Accounts team in Singapore to achieve and exceed revenue, retention, and performance targets through strategic direction and coaching. Develop and execute departmental sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives Drive consultative selling excellence, including oversight of key product demos, presentations, and tender responses Lead contract negotiations, ensuring commercially sound agreements in line with company policy Champion customer retention and expansion by reinforcing value propositions and solution differentiation Build and maintain strong senior-level client relationships, ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver an integrated and customer-centric experience Set and monitor standards for client interaction quality and frequency to strengthen competitive positioning Provide strategic input into market planning and product development initiatives.
