Job Title: Regional Field Application Engineer X 2 (US/ Asia)
Report to: Solutions Lead
Xnergy is a multi-VC funded and Sovereign-backed, global deeptech leader in high power universal wireless charging for global electrified mobility. With deployment presence in close to 40 countries, adopted by almost 100 autonomous robot companies, Xnergy was voted an APAC 25 company in 2020 by Cleantech Group.

With its HQ in Singapore, Xnergy is expanding its physical offices beyond its current Suzhou subsidiary branch, into new markets of Korea, US/LATAM, EU & Japan over the next 2 years.
A Field Application Engineer serves as the technical liaison between a company and its clients, ensuring software or hardware solutions are effectively implemented and tailored to meet customer needs. The role blends engineering expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and strong customer engagement to deliver and support high-quality solutions.
This position involves regional or international travel. Suitably qualified candidates could be based in the US office for 2~3 years.
Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve technical issues.
Analyze system requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
Debug, diagnose, and fix application or performance issues in local and remotely.
Product Development & Customization
Adapt existing software or hardware to meet specific client requirements.
Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of custom applications.
Provide feedback to product teams for continuous improvement.
Customer Interaction
Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and technical needs.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients use solutions effectively.
Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Project Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
Create documentation and reports for stakeholders.
Sales and Pre-Sales Support
Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including demos and presentations.
Assist in drafting proposals and technical requirements for potential clients.
Education and Experience
Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., electrical and electronics, software, and mechanical) are welcome to apply.
Understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++), systems, or platforms relevant to the role.
Minimum 2 or 3 years of work experience in field applications or deployments of mobile robotic systems is a plus.
Experience with application development, troubleshooting, or support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and teams.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Oversea travelling is expected for global clients support.
