Executive Director, Head of Sales, APAC Singapore ref Skills: Sales, Securities and Derivatives, business development, financial servicesJob description Job insights Screening questions Candidate pipeline Experience level: Executive Experience required: 15 Years Education level: Bachelor’s degree Job function: Sales Industry: Financial Services Compensation: View salary Total position: 1 Relocation assistance: NoJOB DESCRIPTION: The Head of Sales manages a team of Sales Executives and focuses on the expansion of DTCC Solutions services.The Executive Director strengthens DTCC's position in the assigned Country and/or Region as one of the world's leading providers of post trade services to the financial services industry.RESPONSIBILITIES: Increase revenues and client base through effective management of sales territory.Execute new contracts and secure revenue for designated DTCC Solutions products against the sales planAct as the voice of the client by communicating client preferences, needs, concerns, expectations, and issues, and introducing new initiatives and tailoring solutions to fit the clientDevelop business and potential opportunities. Proactively work towards discovering new ways to maintain, develop and upsell existing accounts, maximizing potential for revenue generation and ensuring continuous exposure to the full range of products.Develop pre-launch and campaign strategies for new products and product enhancement opportunitiesProvide feedback into development and evolution of new and existing DTCC Solutions productsDevelop relationships with industry partners to determine potential customers for new and existing productsDirect market research efforts related to target markets and product lines and provide Market feedbackRepresent and promote DTCC internally and externally, including at functions such as conferences seminars and other eventsManage a team of Sales ExecutivesAttend sales calls/meetings and provide reportsAct as a client escalation point for any issuesContinuously analyse industry activity and identify trends and opportunitiesFosters a risk management culture through implementation and demonstration of processes and procedures which identify and mitigate riskQUALIFICATIONS: 15+ years minimum or related experienceBachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experienceADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Broad understanding of financial markets, product development, sales and marketing and strong knowledge of Securities and Derivatives industriesOutstanding Relationship building and collaboration skills including proven ability to forge strategic relationships within the customer’s organization to ensure revenue objectives are achievedAbility to work within a flexible and ambitious team with a creative approach to problem solving; develops solutions to complex problemsExceptional business and delivery focus and excellent decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently and set own specific agenda that encompasses wider business strategyProven track record in developing sales strategies and overachieving projected goals and objectives and proven knowledge of consultative and solution sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
