You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.***So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.****About the Role**Responsible for developing strategic plans at group, entity, or function level to ensure continued success of growth and profitabilityPosition Objective: The role is responsible in designing and executing Tied Distribution’s Sales Strategy & Campaign, managing Tied Agency’s expense budget & lead TD’s data & analytics teamRoles and Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Campaigns • Lead the team to design, develop (including business proposals & projections) and execute Tied Distribution’s Sales Campaign within the allowable P&A budget • Chairs and facilitates the Sales Challenge Task Force (Location Heads and SDOAs) for the design and execution of sales campaign • Evaluate the effectiveness in the Sales Campaign and incorporate key learnings from previous campaigns to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns • Responsible for the fulfillment of the Sales Campaign (
