Jenga Corp wishes to hire an Assistant Business Consultant.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Business Consultant (Intern) to join our dynamic consulting team.
Reporting to a Senior Business Consultant, you will support client engagements, research, and solution delivery while gaining hands-on exposure to management consulting practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing and growing assigned client accounts and business segments.
  • Gather and analyse client requirements; help design and implement business performance solutions.
  • Work closely with consultants to deliver positive impact and sustainable results.
  • Support compliance reviews and help ensure clients meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to risk identification and mitigation efforts.
  • Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies (esp. blockchain and cryptocurrency).
  • Conduct research, business analysis, and process re-engineering using best practices and accelerators.
  • Manage client files and update records daily in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in identifying and establishing partnerships with key stakeholders and industry associations to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Help track, monitor, and report sales activities and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field .
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to synthesise data into recommendations.
  • Good understanding of finance trends, technologies, and their impact on business strategy.
  • Positive, self-driven, and eager to take on challenges.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently and managing competing priorities.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong service orientation and client-focused mindset.
  • Excellent written and spoken English ; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.
