**We are hiring strategy Consultants to be part of growing our footprint and presence in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Today, our organization in Southeast Asia consists of six markets with a mission to assist Swedish companies to develop and grow their business. We are now looking for a new colleague to further strengthen our team in Singapore.
Today, around 300 companies with ties to Sweden are active in Singapore - and many are exploring this exciting and important market. In addition, there are many Singapore companies and partners which also represent Swedish products and technologies. Working for Business Sweden is a varied job in which you will encounter many types of clients and service. Work ranges from complex strategic deals to smaller operational projects and clients vary from multinationals to small family-owned businesses.

As a Consultant you will:

- Work in project teams, alongside with our experienced consultants and project managers.
- Support and deliver projects with leading Swedish companies in their international expansion journeys. The projects involve growth strategies and market entry cases, sales acceleration support, government affairs and stakeholder analysis, as well as operational hands-on support.
- Interact with many stakeholders ranging from clients, governmental agencies, colleagues, and team members.
- Report to the Project Manager and work as part of the consultancy team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Work in a challenging environment to provide support to our clients in their international business development.
- Work independently as well as in teams, in different consulting assignments.
- Tasks include strategic and market analyses, recommendations on strategic issues, as well as more specific such as arranging business meetings with local clients and/or partners, developing knowledge and network in priority sectors, amongst others.
- Identify new business opportunities, as well as prospecting, contacting new potential clients, setting up and participating in sales meetings both in Sweden and in the region.
- Hands-on different kinds of execution and implementation project.
- Support in trade promotional activities and participating in developing solutions and closing the deal.
- Support junior colleagues in their personal development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- At least 3 years of working experience as a consultant, preferably in a management consultancy or other relevant areas like supply chain, risk and operations.
- Experienced in managing work streams independently
- Experienced in market analysis and research, in participating in lead generation and involvement in client dialogues
- A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Results-oriented, highly analytical, and adaptable
- Social and team-working skills are highly valued as well as an ability to handle new challenges
