What the role is:
As Manager/ Senior Manager, School Campus in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that manages the development and facilities management (FM) of school campuses.
What you will be working on:
Manage infrastructure programmes and projects to enhance school campuses such as upgrading, improving barrier-free accessibility and implementation of energy efficient strategies.
Provide FM services to schools including overseeing the implementation of preventive maintenance and improvement programmes, and managing the performance of managing agents and FM contractors.
Review consultants’ design proposals to ensure adherence to MOE’s requirements.
Manage the procurement of consultancy, construction and FM services as well as the administration of contracts.
Promote partnerships with schools and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of infrastructure enhancement, building projects and services.
What we are looking for:
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in architecture, engineering, building management or other related fields.
Good knowledge and understanding of the building industry and regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Proactiveness and ability to work well independently and in a team.
