Senior Executive: Scholarships and Sponsorships
Job Description:
- Lead the administration and implementation of healthcare scholarships and sponsorship programmes across multiple institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the selection process, including candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and tracking of scholarship and sponsorship placements.
- Collaborate with institutional HR to ensure a smooth on-site interview and on-boarding experience for candidates.
- Support team members in managing publicity efforts related to the platform and oversee funding charge-out processes.
- Liaise with institutions for all scholarship and sponsorship-related matters, including coordination and tracking of Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) and Return to Nursing (RTN) initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A recognised degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year experience in HR, scholarships/sponsorships management, or student outreach/talent development is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
