Leading Scholarships and Sponsorships Manager

Scholarship and Sponsorship Management Role
">- Manage the administration and implementation of healthcare scholarship programmes across the cluster, including coordinating with institutions for roadshows, scholarship talks, and events.
- Ccoordinate selection processes, including candidate shortlisting and interview coordination, while supporting the projection, allocation, and tracking of scholarship placements across institutions.
- Support team to manage publicity efforts related to the platform and oversee funding charge-out processes.
- Collaborate with institutional HR to ensure a smooth on-site interviews experience for candidates.
- Manage Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) and Return to Nursing (RTN) initiatives.
Job Requirements
- A recognised degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 1 year experience in HR, scholarships management, or student outreach will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
