Healthcare Scholarships Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the administration and implementation of healthcare scholarships and pre-service sponsorship programmes across the cluster. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration and implementation of healthcare scholarships and pre-service sponsorship programmes.
- Coordinate selection processes, including candidate shortlisting and interview coordination.
- Support the projection, allocation, and tracking of scholarship and sponsorship placements.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Business/Human Resource or similar.
- Min 3 yrs of relevant experience in HR, scholarships/sponsorships management, or student outreach/talent development.
