Healthcare Scholarships and Sponsorships Program Coordinator

Job Title:
Scholarship and Sponsorship Program ManagerWe are seeking an experienced professional to manage the administration and implementation of healthcare scholarships and pre-service sponsorship programs across our cluster.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the coordination and execution of healthcare scholarships and sponsorship programs, including organizing roadshows, scholarship talks, and the Healthcare Scholarship Fair.
- Coordinate with institutions for candidate selection processes, shortlisting, and interview arrangements, while managing scholarship and sponsorship placements across institutions.
- Support events related to healthcare scholarships.
- Collaborate with institutional HR teams to ensure a seamless and positive on-site interview experience for candidates.
- Manage publicity efforts for the BrightSparks platform and oversee funding charge-out processes, serving as the primary liaison between organizations and institutions for all scholarship and sponsorship matters, including tracking of Career Conversion Programs (CCPs) and Return to Nursing (RTN) initiatives.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in program management. They must be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
