Healthcare Scholarships and Sponsorships Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the administration and implementation of healthcare scholarships and sponsorships programs across various healthcare clusters. This includes coordinating roadshows, scholarship talks, and the Healthcare Scholarship Fair. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration and implementation of healthcare scholarships and sponsorships programs.
- Coordinate selection processes, including candidate shortlisting and interview coordination.
- Support the team in managing publicity efforts related to the BrightSparks platform.
- Oversee funding charge-out processes and serve as the key liaison between institutions for all scholarship and sponsorship-related matters.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognized degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, scholarships/sponsorships management, or student outreach/talent development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
