Recruitment Support Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Update internal databases and support recruitment documentation.
- Assist with data management and maintaining candidate/client records.
- Engage in outbound calls to corporate clients for information gathering and service follow-up.
- Collaborate internally to support consultants in recruitment workflows.
- Handle general office communications and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Comfortable communicating with business clients over the phone.
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or other document handling tools.
- Professional, discreet, and eager to learn operational aspects of recruitment.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT, Singapore
