Recruitment Support Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update internal databases and support recruitment documentation.
  • Assist with data management and maintaining candidate/client records.
  • Engage in outbound calls to corporate clients for information gathering and service follow-up.
  • Collaborate internally to support consultants in recruitment workflows.
  • Handle general office communications and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable communicating with business clients over the phone.
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or other document handling tools.
  • Professional, discreet, and eager to learn operational aspects of recruitment.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT, Singapore
