HR & Admin Coordinator I

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage full-cycle recruitment processes, maintain HR records, and oversee administrative matters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes including job ads, screening, interviews, onboarding, and exit procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
  • Process payroll, handle staff claims, and coordinate work pass applications.
  • Support workplace safety initiatives and perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration.
  • Able to commit to overtime, especially during payroll periods.
