We are seeking a motivated and strategic Head Sales to drive revenue growth and lead our sales initiatives in the Company's business unit. The Sales Lead will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and guiding a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets. This role requires a strong understanding of technology solutions, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be both a hands-on contributor and a team leader, capable of executing sales strategies while mentoring others.
