Job Description
Partner with department heads to understand their needs and challenges, then develop tailored workforce strategies for success.
Conduct scenario-based analysis to prepare for the future and build a robust long-term strategic workforce plan.
Collaborate with HR colleagues in recruitment and talent development to translate plans into action.
Continuously improve our workforce planning processes by incorporating best practices and stakeholder feedback.
The Successful Applicant
Strong experience with data analysis and modeling techniques.
A passion for workforce planning and strategic HR.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
